Return policy
1. Users who purchase self-operated goods can return the goods within 7 days (including 7 days, calculated from 0:00 the next day you receive the goods) without reason, and can exchange the goods within 15 days, provided that the goods are intact.
2. Special customized goods do not support return and exchange for non-product reasons

Compensation for damaged packages
If the items you received are damaged during transportation, please check and keep the order intact, and contact yueyou2025@gmail.com immediately (within 48 hours after receiving the package).
Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. Please keep all original boxes, packaging materials, etc. for verification. In many cases, we will require the damaged products to be shipped back to us for verification. We may also need to take photos of the damaged packages or parts for inspection. Photos of damaged goods will help us speed up processing and provide better solutions.

Return Fee
1. The returned goods must be in the same original packaging and in an unused state. We do not accept returned goods that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way
2. Please note that we do not accept return packages using cash on delivery. If you send a cash on delivery item, we will refuse to accept it
3. When returning goods, we only refund the price of the goods, and the shipping costs incurred are not refundable
